Larvicidal Effect of Secondary Metabolites of Three (Diptera:Culicidae)Fungi againstCx.quinquefasciatus

نویسندگان

چکیده

The larvicidal effect of secondary metabolites Verticillum lecanii,Pencillium chrysogenum and Aspergillus niger against filaria vector Cx.quinquefasciatus was investigated. efficacies have been tested at four different concentrations mentioned fungi (25,50,75,100)ppm .larvicidal efficacy demonstrates that larval mortality related to concentration, exposure time age. Higher observed high moreover increased when , additionally the older larvae were more resistant fungal filtrate. Also, it perceptible a chieved higher for V.lecanii, concentration (100ppm )after 24 ,48,and 72 hrs first instars were....

Identification of biological secondary metabolites in three Penicillium species, P. goditanum, P. moldavicum, and P. corylophilum

Microorganisms are important components of soil. Some soil filamentous fungi such asPenicilium produce many bioactive small molecules, or secondary metabolites, that range frombeneficial bioactive compounds to harmful toxins. In this study, the metabolites of threepenicillium species (P. goditanum, P. moldavicum and P. corylophilum) were extracted byadding ethyl acetate to liquid cultures. The ...
